Greg is a former Chief Operating Officer of P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and he moved over to Pei Wei Asian Diner as a Development Partner. Prior to joining Flat Out Crazy, Greg served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. He is also the former Chief Operating Officer of the Rainforest Café.
Matt Wilber
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is the former Chief Financial Officer of Souper Salad where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, information technology, risk management, human resources, real estate, and legal departments. While at Souper Salad, the Company more than tripled in size and became one the largest Soup and Salad chains in America. Previously, Matt worked as a restaurant specialist for Deloitte & Touche.
Vincent Vella

Vincent Vella has been a integral part of Flat Out Crazy's growth and leadership team and contributes 25+ years of food industry experience. Prior to his 9+ years with Flat Out Crazy, Vincent had pivotal leadership roles with Dave & Buster's, Ground Round & Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizza.
